Camshaft Position Sensor?

There is one camshaft position sensor on the 2004 Nissan Titan 5.6L VK56DE. Here is the location in the image below. Can I ask what kind of problem are you having? Here is a guide that can help.

This code can come up if the timing chains are worn out FYI.

I have seen conflicting information, hence my question. Example for TWO required, with One per cylinder bank "https://www.go-parts.com/garage/ps-2004-2016-nissan-titan-engine-camshaft-position-sensor" which may generate P0340 for Bank 1 and P0345 for Bank 2.

FOLLOWUP: I finally located a copy of the 2004 Nissan Titan Service Manual ‘Engine Mechanical Section’ diagram. This diagram confirms that there is only ONE Camshaft Position Sensor. It is located at the REAR of the engine on the left bank (driver’s side) and annotated “14” on page EM-43.
