I just wanted to know the location of both camshaft position sensors, and the procedure to remove both. Thank you.

The cam sensor is on the front of the engine hiding behind the power steering reservoir. To get to it you remove the power steering reservoir, disconnect the wiring and remove the bolt, then gently twist and pull to remove the sensor without breaking it. Then use some brake cleaner on a rag to clean the hole, apply some oil to the o-ring on the new one and tighten the bolt to 7 ft lb or 89-inch pounds. However, if you are seeing a code for cam crank correlation it isn't likely the sensors but the timing chains that are the issue. The 4.6, like it's big brother the 5.4 has a multiple chain system and they wear and set those codes.

Thank you. I replaced the crank sensor twice and the code P1336 still pops up. Wasn’t sure.

Okay, you replaced it, did you also do the relearn for the new sensor? Without it that code will set. It won't be because of a bad cam sensor.

I did not do the relearn, how would I go about that? Just take it to a local shop?

Without a scan tool a shop would need to do it. If you plan on keeping that vehicle and know folks with Ford and Mazda vehicles you might want to look at FORScan and the dongle they recommend, it is an aftermarket scan software that can be run on windows to give you full control of virtually every system.
