Camshaft position sensor code?

1997 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN

Truck was running smoothly when it threw the camshaft position sensor code. Replaced the sensor and light is still on. What else could this be and how would I know? Truck still feels like it's running fine.

Can I ask what the code number was? Here is the location of the camshaft sensor so we can be on the same page. I have seen the drive gear pin shear and cause the camshaft sensor to become out of sync that is why I need the code number. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.
