I need to replace my camshaft position sensor but I can't find it on my vehicle listed above GTS. Where is the camshaft position sensor located?

It looks like the camshaft position sensor for the V6 engine is located in the distributor housing (M). Here is how to change it out and how to remove the distributor. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.

Okay, I went a bought a used distributor at a junk yard and installed it, and it still won't start. I used the obd2 reader and it says the samething. As before, the camshaft position sensor A. So how do I fix this problem? If I buy a brand-new distributor, would it get my car running again?

You might have a broken timing belt; I would crank the engine over to see if the distributor turns while cranking? Remove the cap to observe.
