Camshaft front oil seal

Cannot stop from leaking. Please show an image of placement of spring facing the cam or the out belt pulley.

the spring goes towards the cam or inside not to belt pulley. check for a scored area where seal rides , sometimes auto parts carry a repair seal/kit for this. this is not a good picture of seal. also, make sure to use either oil or KY jelly on seal mating surface prior to install.
