I watched a video on timing chain replacement on the 5.4 3v, it said I have to make sure I get both cams at the 12o'clock position then remove 3 roller followers from each side. How do I get both cams at the 12o'clock position at the same time? I started with the crankshaft at 12 then turned it until cylinder was at 12 but cylinder wasn't.
