Wanted to see if I could cam my car without actually buy aftermarket cams. I have seen videos online, but they all pertain to GT Mustangs. Seeing as I do not have a GT Mustang, not very helpful. I have tried unhooking the brake hose and it sounds cammed, but it is hard to actually stop the car once I hit the pedal.

Sound Cammed?

Kind of like a contradiction.

We want to be a race car.

We create a massive vacuum leak.

The vacuum leak may cause very poor engine performance.

Not to mention running the mix really lean.

Lean may burn holes in the pistons.

And

Without an operational brake booster, stopping in time may not work out.

The racket vs. Backing it up seem to cancel each other out.

I just cannot picture any of this as good!

If your vehicle is a keeper, I would maintain it as it was engineered for.

I am sure this was not the answer you were looking for.
