Camshaft timing - timing belt marks is the camshaft timing is over advanced?

Good morning.

It is tough to get the cams aligned correctly. If you have slack between the cams the timing will move. That is why you need the chain with the marks on it.

Below is the pictures of the timing set up with the marks and the chain.
