Shut off while driving, code P0340, Cam Shaft Position Sensor?

While driving. The car shut off and set the P0340 code, i replaced the Sensor with an OEM Sensor but the car still will not start. It cranks but will not start.

How does it sound while cranking, normal? If you upload a short video of the engine cranking i can tell if the engine is hurt or not. You will get this code if the camshaft is not turning or if it has jumped. Please go over this video to see what I am talking about:
