Code P320, Cam shaft position sensor

I bought a 20p8 Nissan Sentra with a service engine soon light on. Code P320. I put a new cam position sensor in, but it would not start with the new sensor (AutoZone).
So bought a Nissan sensor and it does not start with the new sensor. Put old ones back in and it will start and run. Idea?

Hi,

I need a little more info. The code, P0320, isn't listed for this model. Also, you mentioned replacing the cam sensor. A p0320 is related to a crankshaft position sensor or the engine speed input circuit.

Do me a favor. Check to see if there is spark to the plugs. Also, if you have a live data scan tool, check to see if there is an RPM signal when cranking.

Also, take a look at the code list below. Note there is no P0320 listed for this model.
