Where is the Cam position sensor located?

I've replaced the crank position sensor. But I cannot find where the CPS goes. It's a used 5.2 replaced in truck sometime before me. All I know is it's peppy when running right and numbers don't match truck. CPS is not located under distributor cap also not next to thermostat housing. I'm lost guys.

Yes, the camshaft position sensor is inside the distributor please check the images below to see the location and how to change it out. Please let me know if you need any other help to get the problem fixed.
