Cam phasers and timing off - timing chain marks

I was getting ready to replace cam phasers on a 3.5L Ecoboost engine out of a 2018 Ford F-150. I was turning the crank with the chains still installed to get the cam phaser marks in the correct orientation for removal. While I was turning the crank, I heard a pop from the bank 2 intake phaser, and I noticed the intake cam for that phaser was not moving anymore (I became distracted) I then proceeded to remove the front cover, chains and timing components. I lined up the cams and adjusted the one that didn’t move (intake cam bank 2) I then looked down at the crank and I didn’t have the keyway at the 11 o’clock. It’s 180 degrees (5 o’clock). I should have been paying attention to that. So now I don’t know where my timing is at. I tried turning the crank by hand to see if I could set the keyway at 11 o’clock but as soon as I felt resistance at the 6 o’clock position I backed off. I feel like at this point I have to re-time the engine from scratch. I have never encountered this issue, so I have never had to re-time an engine before. If I can get help with the procedure on how to do this. Thank you!
