California emissions vs Federal emissions

Instead of replacing the exhaust to meet the California emissions. In the computer am I able to switch a computer out with a federal emissions and wire or remove certain wires and be able to run the truck with good power?

Good afternoon,

No, you will not.

California has exact laws regarding what needs to be on your truck and functioning. You cannot alter those requirements without them noticing this with there visual and emission testing.

The only way around it to get an address in another state where they do not have the same rules as California.
