It is hard to say, without being able to feel the sensation of what your experiencing. If it is a misfire from secondary ignition, chances are that no additive will make a difference. If you have an injector with a flow problem, then possibly. With the amount of expense involved, it would be worth a try, with no guarantee that any change is going to be made.
