2005 Cadillac STS Navigation Screen

My navigation screen went white last week. Everything still works, as far as audio, but there is not any picture. This morning it partially came back with a very light readable outline of the screen but then it disapeared again. Do you have any ideas of what to check?

You should inspect any aftermarket devices and their wiring which could affect the operation of the navigation system components.

Also inspect the easily accessible or visible system components for obvious damage or conditions which could cause this symptom.

Faulty electrical connections or wiring may also be the cause of this condition.

Does the RCA video input work ? Or is it video altogether as in, no tv, no GPS , no RCA input?
