1999 Cadillac STS car is slow

hi! i just bot a cadillac sts 99 4.6 v8 300hp stock,the car is extremely slow i dont know why,there is no check engine the car runs fine no noise nothing,no miss fire i think everything looks fine but the car 0to60mph is around 6.8second stock,the car dos it in about 9seconde something is wrong its supose to go way faster and their is no kick down realy it as a like kick down around 45mph but before that its extremely slow.a toyota tercel can beet me lol,can it be a ejection probleme or somehting in the motor ?

Lack of acceleration,chugging,hesitating,bogging etc. could be caused by one of the following below.

Inspect and test all the following listed below and get back with some results

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
