1998 Cadillac STS Freeze Plug Replacement

I would like to know the amount of freeze plugs my car has, plus how to replace them.

It only has one or two in the cylinder heads(per side). In my 12 years as a CAdillac technician, I have never seen freeze plugs fail, nor have to replace them.
