i went under rear seat to repair battery terminal..replace fuse,,now car does nothin ,,only power seats and horn work,,checked voltage at fuse boxes all good car does nothin completely dead

You would first have to check battery connections, and voltage. The cables then run to the fuse boxes under the hood, and beside the battery. If you leave the meter connected to battery ground, touch the power studs at both of them fuse boxes and verify there is power there.
