1997 Cadillac STS How ot change ignition keylock on steerin

Hi!
My car got problem with security issue - starter disable due thief... instead of disable this features with proper resister I bought new keylock cylinder and set of keys
But I stuck with replacement Does anyone know how to change ignition keylock on steering wheel column?
