1994 Cadillac STS bleader hose

I have changed the rad but now have air pockets in systeme . I have heard that it's common for these cars to get air pockets and that there should be an air bleader hose. Where is this hose? Also dose it matter if I remove the thermostat?

Don't have a bleeder valve. Jack up front ,remove cap runn and fill till all air out. Cap system fill resivor shut off let cool. Fill resivor if needed.
Yes you need a thermostat
