1993 Cadillac STS Running Hot!

New radiator, hoses, thermostat, water pump, drive belt, radiator cap, 3 water system flushes and car still runs hot. Fans and control relays have been checked out and work fine. Fans do come on when A/C is turned ON, but car still runs hot. Hot = 204 - 230 F. Have not seen the fans come on when A/C is NOT turned on, nor after the car has been turned off even though the car is hot. At a total loss, and so are the garages. HELP! - Dan

Test the cooling system for the presence of combustion gases, indicating an internal leak.
