why does my radiator sometimes emit antifreeze out the waste-pipe,after car has been cut-off?

Your waste pipe should be connected to a reservoir. Fluid will transfer between the reservoir and the radiator due to changes in pressure and temperature and that is normal. If quite a bit of fluid comes out, it could be overheating.
