Can you tell me the steps to change the drivers side sunvisor. Including how to safely take the grommet that surrounds the arm off.?

Sure, here is the sun visor replacement instructions which looks like just three screws and an electrical connector. Check out the images (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
