Car was running fine and then would not start. The battery has a full charge. When attempting to start the car makes a clicking sound that last longer than the key is turn.

With your battery under the seat and the ground cable attached to the body, it also has to have a good ground connection to the engine from the body. There is a short cable that goes from the body, by the rh headlamp, to an alternator mounting bolt. If your engine mount is/has been broke, this cable can break apart until it completely severs. Check that ground cable. If it is a weak clicking, you have poor potential getting to the starter. It could also have a bad starter.
