Used oil will look like dark chocolate, it is when it looks malty that an issue may be present. Is your coolant level low, or have you been using coolant.

yea my coolant level is real low i refill it n it starts 2 ova heat

My suggestion would be to have the cooling system pressure tested for external leaks, and have the cooling system block tested for combustion gases that would indicate an internal leak.
