1995 Cadillac SLS Blower motor does not work

1995 Cadillac SLS V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The blower motor on my car does not work. The rear blower works,the fuses are all good, relays look good, and I get 12 volts on the plug. The gates open when you turn the defrosters on. The blower just does not seem to work. Please help me.

Power the blower motor from the battery positive terminal disconnect blower motor connector and apply power to pin C where the red wire is-did it come On -if not its defective
