My dash don't always work. When it does the codes I can pull are EO47 EO52 IO39 IO52 AO37. Are any of these codes the problem and how do I fix it

The E047, and A037 are IPC data faults that might be relevant. Nothing that really points a finger at a fault. It could mean faults within the IPC, or circuitry related to. When the dash don't work, does every part of it not work?
