1997 Cadillac Seville Blower motor

I have a 97 seville blower motor does not come on but when i look at it when heat is on it slowly turns backwards and the forward never gets going tho, also I have checked the wires with a test light red and black are good grey has nothing at all and the fuses ar good?

replace the motor, the brushes are bad

I will let you know what happens when I buy one the cheapest I can find is like 250.00 but i will and thanks again for your input
