1997 Cadillac Seville blinkers dont work

my blinkers do not work.the lights work but do not blink
ive already changed the flasher and checked the fuses.
they sometimes work but rarely and when they do they blink quickly maybe its the wiring.not sure though.

You sure its the correct flasher-double check the wiring and all the bulbs.

there are 2 flasher units, the one you want is on the side of the steering column, up in the dash, not in the fuse panel
