Is there a common poblem with the driver side rear turn signal I replace the bulbs but they don't work. It's almost as if they the lights are dim. What can be done to solve this problem.

Often times you have one or more sockets that have a poor ground connection, and need replaced with new ones. You can also opt for a complete taillight harness, if it is still available. You can run a ground wire test lead and touch the brass portion of the bulb and sometimes you can see which socket makes a change when grounded.
