computer reads Traction Disabled what does that mean please?

It indicates a fault with the ABS/TC system. It will store a code that corresponds to a diagnosis/repair procedure. If you press and hold OFF and WARMER on the climate panel, after the segments light and go out, it will start displaying codes. Look for codes with the TCS prefix.
