The auto ride suspension is stuck in the "up" position. I had some weight in the trunk and the system adjusted. When I took the weight out, the suspension stayed in the heavy position and the back end of the car is now raised up. When I go over a bump, the rear end bounces a lot. I am getting a warning message that says "service auto ride suspension". Any ideas???

scan your codes, off and warmer on the heater controls at the same time, with your key in the on position
