My 1992 seville does not blow hot heat. The blower is brand new. I've flushed the coolant system and checked the heater core and coolant is flowing fine through it. Is there a value that allows the hot air to be blown to the vents.

Thermostat is good. Is the air blend door behind the glove box? How about the heater core valve?
