1992 Cadillac Seville V8 Automatic 150000 miles

can you please tell me how to get my car started i think someone tried to steal it and it set of the theft system and its says disabled starter due to anti theft we tried everything and it still wont work do you think its the whole ignition thats needs all to be fixed please let me know thank you
