My blower want come on when i turn the heater on. I tested the blower and the fuses, and they where good. what could the problem be.

When you say you tested the blower and fuse, what exactly did you do??? Did the blower come on when you tested it???

If so, then your problem is in the actual control panel. This has a separate fuse. Check that first, then check the wires behind the control panel for corroded/loose connections.

If this doesn't solve your problem, then the panel is shot.

Most likely it is the power module check voltage see diagram
