1990 Cadillac Seville Timing issue?

I had picked up this car non running and have checked the fuel pressure which is good spark is good. i have replaced everything in the distributor control modual, cap, rotor, plugs, wires, ignition modual, and i also installed a new idle air control solenoid. now it does run but like junk! i also installed a new fuel filter. i am out of idea's. can anyone help me out!

Check engine compression that will tell if mechanicaly sound
