i am not sure if it s my starter but the car wcnt start but i have lights and stuff so its not my batttery. it dosent make any sound when i turn it over it dosent do anything so i think it might be a bad connection or somthing

sounds like your starter is dead, I just replaced the starter on my 89 Deville and that fix the issue.
