1983 Cadillac Seville brake light stays on

My passenger side brake light stays on when the car is turned off and my drivers side has quit working.

Suspect faulty brake light switch. Brake light switch is located at brake pedal arm. Ensure that brake light switch wiring is receiving volts when brake is applied. Inspect brake light bulb for the driver's side. It was probably blown due to the lights staying on.
