1987 Other Cadillac Models car will not start

My 1987 Cadillac Sedan Deville will not start. I replaced the battery with a 795 cold crank sears diehard gold and new cables. I replaced the starter with a new one . The fusable links all check out good. The nuetral safety switch is also good. The car just does not seem to have enough power to start the engine what could be wrong now??

Do you mean it cranks the engine over very very slowly or just plain refuses to start which one lets get this rolling-

does it have any oil in it also?
