1959 Other Cadillac Models V8 Two Wheel Drive Manual

I am trying to locate a source for a replacement timing chain for my 1929 La Salle 328 cid v8. The chain is described as 54 links, 1/2 inch pitch, 1 3/4 inch width, type B45. Do you have any ideas?

Thank you.
