MY 89 CADILLAC FLEETWOOD WITH 103522 MILES RECENTLY STARTED HAVING A HEAT PROBLEM. WHEN I START IT FOR THE FIRST TIME OF THE DAY AND LET IT IDLE ITS FINE. BUT WHEN I START MOVING IT BLOWS COLD AIR. AND THEN ITS INTERMITTEN THROUGHOUT THE RIDE. BUT MOSTLY COLD. IT SEEMS LIKE WHEN I PUSH THE GAS IT GETS WARM BUT NOT ALL THE TIME SO I REALLY DONT KNOW.

Make sure the coolant is full. Sounds like it is just low coolant (maybe a leak). When the coolant level drops, the first area to lose out is the heater core. When the engine is reved, the coolant can get forced into it enough to circulate into the heater core and give temporary or intermittant heat. So lets start there.
