1995 Cadillac Fleetwood car only turns over will not crank

can not hear fuel pump not sure where fuel pump relay is located was running fine next morning only turned over no start. also could not run gas to low would stall before on e.

Check PCM/Fuel pump fuse 15amp in underhood electrical center and also the fuel pump relay behind the underhood electrical center
