1994 Cadillac Fleetwood hesitation when accelerating or goi

Fleetwood hesitates badly when given gas to accelerate or go up a modest hill. Seems to be worse when raining or damp out.

I've changed oxygen sensors and throttle position sensor with no change in performance.

MAP sensor and fuel pump have been suggested as being the problem. I have a MAP sensor connector but not a MAP sensor itself.

What do you think?
