With my car i can't figure out if the fuel pump is getting bad or what? If it sets for a while it starts up fine. I can drive maybe a mile or two then it wants to die when i release the gas. Then I have to pime the carburetor to restart, and i have to keep the rpm's up so it will not die to get it home. If the fuel pump is getting bad will it shut down after it warms up?? It will stay running if i keep the rpm's up, but not at Idle.
I've changed to fuel filter and checked the vacuum lines and i think my EGR needs replaced because there is vacuum there when i pull the line off.
I appreciate any help you could give me.
