Ive had my car at a mechanic for 5 days several parts have been replaced, and the bill keeps growing and growing. The first issue I had was that the fans stayed on and drained the battery. The the fans wouldnt come on and the car started overheating. The the fans worked but the car still overheating. Replaced some type of heater valve, and thermostat. Checked water pump, pushed fluids through lines, ect.... ect......but the mechanic still hasnt made the car stop overheating. I can afford much more, and I am wondering if I am being taken advantage of? is there something this guy is missing in trying to fix my car?
