It is inside the fuel tank, there fore the tank will have to be lowered. This is best achieved when there is a low fuel level to minimize weight and instability. There is probably a tank shield, then pressure, return, and evap lines, along with filler and vent tubes. Disconnect the pump/sender connector and tank pressure sensor and lower the rear(axle) end of the tank first, to allow it to move back to facilitate lowering the front.
