i would like to know what all the different size wrenches or sockets i will need to replace all brakes and rotors

Unfortunately they don't give the level of detail to know what size wrenches and sockets to use but it is going to be mostly, 10,13,15,18 mm sockets. Most all GM vehicles use these common sizes.
