I MUST OF HIT THE WRONG BUTTON AND NOW I DON'T GET ANYTHING. THE VEHICLE IS GIVING ME A CLICKING SOUND. THE DASH LIGHTS WERE GOING OFF AND ON, IT WAS SHOWING THE HOOD OPEN ON THE DIC.

There should have been nothing you hit to cause it to completely go out. The hood open message, is it because the hood is open? Is the battery dead, or low?
