2004 Cadillac Escalade Acceleration

What would make a noise like a fan when I am accelerating? When I am coasting it does not make the sound, but as soon as I accerlate it make the sound.

Have you ever noticed this before? Maybe an AIR pump, dont remember if esclades have them or not, devilles do
