2003 Cadillac Escalade V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic

The remote fob will lock the doors but will not unlock the doors.

Does the lock switch lock and unlock the doors? If so it is just a fob problem. If not, swap the lock relay with the unlock relay in the left I/P relay center, see if the symptom changes.
